  called once 20 minutes after the order was due, to be told 25-30 minute wait. called again after the time had passed to say the driver was on the way (7 minute drive) 30 minutes later again was told the driver was struggling to find the location then to be called a second later that the food was delivered to another hotel. overall waited over an hour and a half to be told they delivered it to the wrong address, i can either pick it up (50 minute walk) or get refunded half the price with not even receiving the pizza. they claimed the delivery instructions stated the other address when it clearly did not. had to call a total of 4 times after waiting outside in the cold.

  Food was excellent. Windows could of done with a clean. Also there was a dishevelled man unirinating outside the shop. He appeared to be drunk as he was just awful

  Supposed to of been ready but still not cooked, don't bother ordering on line, as they don't cook them till you actually get there!

  Ordered 2 pizzas from here 1 for my daughter 1 for my son my son became very sick in the night and has been ever since actually called them and told them but basically got called a liar the guy I talked to said his manager would get back to me but didn’t he asked what I wanted I said a refund for the one as he is sick but they never called back will be taking it further

  Never again will I waste my money on a dominos. 2x pizzas below average and warm/cold. Chips at a cost of £4 with the smallest portion possible, said portion for 2..... and stone cold with a aftertaste 🤢. Maybe my order was stored on the roof rack because the food had chills. I say never again because in the past I've had delivery's which questionable with quality and thought.... for the money I've spent surely the quality must be better than this. Sorry but this was the worst so far. Service was the best in 25min deliv but the quality let it down.
