  I have never been to a Burger King as dirty, poorly maintained, and messy as this one. It was hard to believe I was in England. The tables were extremely dirty and greasy, and I honestly felt uncomfortable even touching them. There was rubbish all over the floor, and the bins were completely full. Out of the three soft drink machines, one was not working, and there was no sign or notice informing customers. In addition, two of the self-service ordering machines were also out of order. The service was fast, but the presentation of the food was very poor. It looked as though everything had been prepared carelessly and simply thrown into the bag. Overall, it was a very disappointing and embarrassing experience. This is not the standard I would expect from Burger King.
