A great location except for the Westside Story antics in the car park.

What a strange reason to put a 2 star review. I had to get a big trolley for the store visit for my 1 year old and it was the worst trolley I've ever pushed (i understand they do get damaged which isn't the point of this review) Major vibration all the way round the store, so much so my fingers were tingling by the time I got to the checkout. So to save anyone else using it and having the same discomfort, I visited the customer service point and suggested that it would be better due to the vibration removed from service, which I thought was going to happen; I got my child out of the trolley and my £1 back...all very good up to now; except I happened to follow the customer service representative who I thought was going to take it somewhere for broken trolleys....when in fact what I watched them do was put the trolley back in the rack where no doubt another poor person would have the same misfortune of getting close to white finger by pushing it round the store again....I'm not sure they realised I was right behind them at this point, and when I challenged that they were putting it back with the other trolleys they mentioned that another named member of staff would have to sort it.....how could they sort when it was in with the others and completely unidentifiable, if still there at all?? 2 stars for the store, 0 stars for customer service who unknown to them until they saw I was behind them, made a bit of a mockery of a customer concern that an item in the store was unsafe to use. Will probably use a different store or supermarket if this is the standard of customer awareness.

We normally do our weekly on a Friday night however this week, we did our shop this morning. It was a nightmare there was only one checkout available with s queue half way up the aisle We decided to use the self checkout which was closed to trolleys. We went to the basket self service only 3 of which were working I needed assistance saw a member of staff I asked for help she said I'm finished and refused to help! It took twice as long to pay and pack.....the service was very poor very disappointed!!
