  Shocking attitude from the store manager!! An item was forgotten on the 22nd March so I phoned up and was told a refund would given. Over a week later I called the store again as the refund had not arrived, so asked to speak to a manager, and he made me feel like I was being interrogated and argued with. A very shitty attitude as if it was my fault that the item was forgotten/ the refund hadn’t come through. Absolutely disgusted that this is the way a store manager would speak to a customer and deal with what should have been a simple refund!

  This is something that is supposed to be DOUBLE beef, something which costs extra. Its like this all the time. Get the same, often more when you dont order and pay for double. Emailed dominos multiple times about this and nothing gets done.

  I have ordered New York pizza with extra ingredients (as on picture) and I have received only pizza with those ingredients. I have missed mushroom, ham, bacon, pepperoni. I made picture of pizza which was delivered and immediately called to the store. Guy answered call and when I explained everything he said, he will send new one in 20mins and he wants the wrong one back. Which was ridiculous due to hygiene because I have touched it while I was looking for missing ingredients!! He said he can't give us new one because he doesn't know that we are lying. I said we have picture and it's ridiculous to said that, especially we never have any problem before and we ordered couple of times before and now when we have an issue because of mistake from them they trying to make all this situation worse for you as for customer. There suppose to be quality check which definitely went wrong as well as they could check cctv in store while making this pizza and they will see what their colleague put on it. Im not desperate to lie about missing ingredients and begging for new one, so it's shame on this custumer service skills.

  Dont bother, lazy driver did not want to come to second floor, after several phone calls between me and shop, then shop ringing him i got a cold delivery, will never use again 🤬
