  Best pizza in Sunderland. Lovely chicken bits n dips. Nice chips…just a shame you only get about 9 in a box.

  I ordered a large pizza on 31st of March and waited for it. My partner took some food from McDonald's and joined me at Domino's as pizza cooking time is longer than McDonald's. We started eating while waiting for the Pizza and a member of staff started shouting loudly from counter that we were not allowed to eat other food there even though we were waiting for the pizza to be cooked. You can have that policy and we will definitely follow it but you don't need to be extremely rude like that. Surely we will avoid Domino's there in future.

  Appalling costumer service. I made a collection when I arrived home my pizza was wrong. Called Dominos and at first they acknowledged the mistake and told me they were going to give me a free pizza and to call them to redeem called today and they said they didn't have no information regarding the free pizza and the matter should have been resolved with just eat (just eat didn't do the pizza wrong, you did). So I received the wrong item and no compensation for it!

  We always have a special request for a slight change to our order and the team are always so polite and happy to help. Great customer service including the delivery team too. Love our pizza and cookies 🍪 xx
