  Absolute bizarre service and completely unprofessional behaviour. They only did the third order to calm me down after messing up the previous one — missing sauces, missing meat, and overall terrible service. They even promised me a free credit pizza as compensation. The next day when I called, they suddenly acted like there was “nothing” on the system. No accountability, no honesty, no dedication to customer satisfaction whatsoever. Very awful people to deal with. Zero professionalism . This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I will definitely be escalating this to the highest level of management. Completely unacceptable.

  After not learning my lesson the first time ordering from Houghton Dominoes Pizza at my peril my second Meteor large pizza turned up .A pizza that was rushed under cooked and not cut properly lacking any attention whatsoever arrived how disappointed I was more stunned after making contact saying I didn't want a refund or another pizza trying to enlighten the person and was told ....have i phoned to complain and they put the phone down.As I rang back the guy did pretend to listen but left me still " seen off " so to speak ...avoid this dominoes p.s I love dominoes but the quality is deteriorating rapid! Out.

  The young lad that delivered the double cheese and double sauce with the cookies for kids 👌 he needs a pay rise. Got to say what a pleasant young man he is so friendly and welcoming. Excellent customer service off him by far one of the most polite young gentleman to welcome you at your door 5 star all around
