  Went in after the Scotland game at 20 past 4 in the morning, ordered two big mac meals, didn't receive a receipt, waited till 10 to 5 to say I hadn't received my order yet, the lassie said did I put my order in correctly, I showed her it on the screen, she said she was very busy, I had ordered a lift for 5 am and had to leave the place with nothing ,,,,, zero stars

  This has to be the worst McDonald’s we’ve been to. On multiple occasions now, our order has been wrong missing items or completely incorrect food. It’s happening too often and it’s getting frustrating. I know mistakes happen, but this is becoming a regular issue rather than a one-off. When you’re paying for a service, you expect to get what you ordered. Honestly, it needs sorting out because this level of service isn’t acceptable. 😡

  Absolute horrible service, received soggy and cold fries in my delivery order and when I contacted them they refused to refund me, all they said was they’ll replace them if I come down to the shop, so yeah wasted my time going down there for their mistake Not even a sorry to! I was also bullied by the staff here years ago too when I was younger! Disgusting workers and the place should be shut down! Never again will I return.

  Visited the drive thru for breakfast around 10:00 AM on Monday, May 18th. Overall, it was a very mixed experience. On the positive side, the food was your typical McDonald’s standard, exactly what I paid for, with no complaints. The service was also very quick, and the lady at the second window who handed over my food was super nice and friendly. We need more staff like her! Unfortunately, the experience was really let down by the older lady working the first window (taking orders and payments). She was incredibly dry and sounded noticeably frustrated with me over the speaker. When I pulled up to pay, she just said "£6.19 please" and stared at me. I was waiting to tap my card, McDonald's usually uses a card reader on a handle here, but instead of explaining that I needed to use the yellow machine built into the window, she just gave me dirty looks, rudely pointed at it, and snapped "pay then". She actively avoided eye contact for the rest of the transaction. Quick food and a lovely hand off at the end, but the incredibly rude attitude at the payment window completely soured the visit.
