  I wanted to sincerely apologise for the confusion during my phone call last week regarding my prescription for Montelukast 10 mg. I provided out-of-date information, which was entirely my mistake and oversight - no fault of the pharmacy at all. I know this would have made things harder and taken extra time for your team, and I am truly sorry for any frustration or difficulty I caused. Thank you so much for your patience and for still trying your best to help me. I really appreciate the reliable, caring service Tesco Pharmacy Slough provides for my family's health needs.   The store gets worse. The staff are so rude and act like they don't want to be there! Today I went to a till and the cashier didn't ask for my clubcard I asked her why she hadn't and she said I was going to......instead of scanning my phone I had to stretch over and the payment was taken out. She then tells me to go to customer service to get the refund. Customer service queue was too long as I would miss my bus I left. Next time I'll go to self checkout as I can do it better by myself.

  I went to dropoff someone at the airport on my way back towards barmingham i stopped at tesco bought something from tesco and the holland &barret store placed inside tesco i parked my car in the car park and after few days i get ticket for staying there 1 hour 5 minutes and few second thats insane and I had given the HORIZON PARKING the evidence that i was customer but they are denying it ....very very bad service and technology never will go to any tesco store neither anyone from my family

  Our family will NEVER shop at this Tesco again. We used to come here for our monthly shop for years. We were fined £40 by Horizon for parking in the shop park, though we left £150+ at the till. There are better options with Sainsbury or Lid very close by. Will definitely think twice before shopping at Tesco anywhere. ‘A little help’ says the Tesco campaign. For whom I wonder. Parking sharks?

  Whoever designed Tesco's new parking sign deserves a pay raise… or at least half of my parking fine. The '3 Hours Free Parking' is brilliantly visible from across the car park. It's a shame the crucial details – the £5 spend and voucher scan requirement – are relegated to tiny print, conveniently obscured by shoppers' trolleys. The fact that the 30-minute free period isn't mentioned is just… perfect. It creates the impression that you _always_ need to spend £5. I suggest others heed the parking company's signage, not Tesco's propaganda.
