  Liz was a horrible rude staff , arguing with clients not in her station and to everyone very negative vibes unfortunately the manager was very negative and did not do anything.

  I was truly disappointed with the brunch and service today. Ordered the veggie or vegan breakfast with 2 hash browns since it was what my son wanted the has browns specifally..and Mac cheese and raspberry and choc milkshake. First the milk shake was served put to on our table hurriedly and the chocolate were dripping so I asked for a napkin since the tall Asian guy didn't even provide any. Then we waited more than usual so I kept telling my son it's coming soon since he was hungry. When the food came , my veggie breakfast was not even hot. Lukewarm or even less..I was disappointed since we waited longer than usual. I noticed right away the toasts were different- one was burned other one is just right . The burned hash brown or looked like it's been reheated, and the other one just the right colour. I've eaten at Tesco more than I can count so I know the usual warm colour . The beans was dry indicating it has out for serving a long time before it was served to us. Tried not to let it bother me hoping my son won't notice the difference since he likes them thus the reason we ordered. Another thing is the garlic bread that came with out Mac and cheese dropped to the chair Bcoz the tall Indian Asian guy who obviously is a manager Bcoz I noticed the couple of times we ate there he was not wearing any uniform, put the plate hurriedly the garlic bread went flying to the chair. He said he'll replace it. He came back with a garlic bread in a bowl not even warmed, in fact looked like it was the same one. , I tasted it, it was too hard. Ignore it once again. My son who wanted the garlic bread thus the order of Mac and cheese and garlic bread, said mama it's too hard. My son rarely complains. About food. So that made me go to another staff to request to change it. It wasn't changed.she only put it in the microwave- Bcoz I the took a bite and she brought the same one with the bitten part but soft now. We ate anyway. I asked the other has brown to be changed and she did. So we thanked her. This is my opinion but the Guy manager is honestly sloppy. Please try not show you're in hurry to leave th customers you are currently serving. So food would not go flying. Photos have not been taken because were not the type to waste time just to prove our point. But the fact I took time here to post, its Bcoz I needed to let you Tesco cafe Brunel Slough team know. Thank you!

  Near on every table had dirty plates on with rubbish everywhere. When I eventually found a clear table to sit I had to ask staff to wipe the table as it was filthy. Very very poor hygiene!
