  Domino’s app failed to apply a £14 pizza discount and I was charged full price. I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, but when I called to ask for some credit or a solution, the manager was rude and completely uninterested in helping. Absolutely no customer service or care for regular customers. Really disappointing experience and honestly unbelievable.

  We have never seen such a bad customer service they are very rude and gave us a very thin crust. They were arguing, saying that the pizza was a classic pizza. This is not the first time we ordered there. Every time it had a bigger pizza base, this one was very thin and some of the crust was burnt, you could see the sauce in some bits as well ! They said over the phone they will re-make it. But, when we went to the shop they said that they will not make it again. Half of the pizza was over baked and the other half was undercooked. we did not ask for it. They spoke very rudely. They said since you already paid for it already ,if you want to take it, take it home if not throw it in the bin. The unbelievable thing is that we found hair coming out from inside the pizza!
