He greeted us at 12am in the morning with such a welcoming smile and told us he is working until 1am and starts his next shift at 6am when i asked. good on this guy. He offered to cover the price of my sandwich when i fell a few pennies short. Absolutely amazing staff member.

They changed 2 scoop of tuna for a 6inch for 1 big scoop, but the big scoop is less than 2 scoops, which Is the current subway standard. Bread was old and hard and the cheese(both cheeses) were bland. Used to cost 4.29 for a 6 inch with extra cheese, now 5.80 with less ingredients. Another greedy shop!

I tried repeatedly to call the store to speak with the manager and give them the opportunity to put things right, but nobody answered the phone. Mistakes can happen, but when customers can't contact the store to resolve the issue, it becomes even more frustrating. For the price charged, I would expect better quality control and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off ordering from this store again. Recent customer reviews also show other customers reporting missing items and order accuracy issues.
