  Maybe too late to write this review for 12/06/2026 Tesco Entertainer pokemon cards stocks selling at 9am. But I think it is better to write this review after today’s Pokemon restocks selling arrangement. 12/06/2026 was very disappointing, but today 10/07/2026 I can see Tesco has improved their service. I write this review is to hope Tesco never switch back to such worse service as 12/06/2026 again, and keep the service as 10/07/2026. On 12/06/2026 morning, people came very early to Tesco, people was asking staffs where to queue, there was a spot that people supposed to queue for, the staff told us not to queue, therefore people can only queue another spot outside the service counter. Then just few mins before stocks started selling, the staffs suddenly said that people should queue another spot (which was the spot they told us not to queue in the earlier time.) Staff simply let another staff and a person, which they seems to know, to queue at that spot turned out to be the first 2 person in the queue. Then the staff even said that the queue is now here, does not matter how we queue before, this is the new queue. Turns out, Staff made the chaotic between other people, and they simply own the power to control where the queue in the last minute before stock selling, just to successfully let a staff and another person can get the first 2 positions at the queue. This is very disappointing, as Tesco staff used their staff power to create a new spot for queuing in the last minute and saying that "this is the new queue, does not matter what was the queue before." Cannot believe, staff want to buy stock can literally being like this. That is making unfair to other people who came very early but not getting any stocks because of this arrangement. To be honest, staff can ask for a day off to queue for the stocks, but not fair to work and get the first position in the queue without queuing and getting paid for work at the same time. I did not report this issues, but seems other customers who queued that day might reported and feedback to the store. This time 10/07/2026 is a very good experience. Also, I would like to thank you Entertainer staffs, they are very nice and helpful in both days. However, it was the Tesco staff arrangement issues on 12/06/2026, the 10/07/2026 is very good, no any issues. Thank you Entertainer staffs and Tesco management staffs did the improvement!
