  Shopping at this Tesco often feels uncomfortable because the security staff appear to keep a very close eye on certain customers throughout their visit. While it’s understood that security staff have an important role in preventing theft, the level of attention can make honest customers feel as though they are being treated with suspicion. A shopping experience should feel welcoming and respectful. Hopefully, the store can ensure that security is carried out professionally without making genuine customers feel singled out or uncomfortable. One thing that was particularly upsetting was feeling as though the security guard was following certain customers around the store. It left the impression of being singled out without any obvious reason. If this was based on assumptions about appearance or background, that is deeply concerning. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and without feeling unfairly targeted. Its disrespectful

  There seems to be two scenarios in this store 1 - every Isle is blocked by a metal trolly with a staff member stacking shelves 2 - no staff members anywear to found
