  I had a really bad experience with them, I was waiting for my order and it was not arriving I called the store and the woman that answered was very rude she tried to put the blame on me when she didn’t know what kind of excuse to give and she hung up on me when I just wanted information of my order since I payed for it

  I had a really poor experience with this Domino’s branch. I called to ask about options for someone with a gluten intolerance, and the woman on the phone was immediately rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, she actually put the phone down on me. I rang back hoping it was a mistake, but the same attitude continued, blunt, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in providing any support. For a company that claims to cater to different dietary needs, this was incredibly disappointing. Customer service should never make you feel like an inconvenience, especially when you’re just trying to make sure someone can eat safely.
