  You have to go looking for a member of staff to serve you, stock is abysmal and its FARRRRR TOO CRAMPED. The staff talk about you over their headsets too, they should be careful bc someone might just decide to kick their heads in

  While being served, I overheard staff making comments about me over their headsets, clearly assuming I wouldn’t hear. Awkward! If staff want to comment on customers, they should probably wait until the customer has actually left the counter.

  Incredibly rude staff this morning, talking about customers in a derogatory way to eachother over their headsets INFRONT of customers!! Also to add, the prices are often wrong on the labels, so when paying a different price comes up
