  Just bought a sack of maris Piper potatoes. One was soggy and the rest look like this after peeling. Disgusting that a company profiting off of food prices would allow this sub-standard to go through their shops. Never shopping at a coop again they're all a joke.

  Can't believe someone waited an alleged 15 minutes for a staff member. Like, go find them? The store has FOUR aisles, it's not exactly a needle in a haystack. Yeah, often there isn't someone there to approve items on self checkout or at the till because they're working somewhere else. Clearly the place is understaffed because they go like hell and can't get it all done. If the self checkouts could link to their headpieces and alert when there was an issue that would go a long way to help people out. With the world like it is right now let's try to make kindness the default.

  rude staff, never on the till, you have to hunt for them, and they are always just stood chatting at the back of the store. They dont wear always wear uniforms so if you call for them they get ratty with you. Utter disgraceful store.

  Been my local store for a few years, always a pleasure pulling through and chatting with the staff. Especially the security at the door - big shoutout to Naeem always making me feel welcome and helping out wherever he can. Haven’t seen him in a while but Im looking forward to when he’s back ❤️
