Staff are rude and dismissive always on their phones in the middle of shop floor. Freezer is always broken in the summer, shelves are never stoked. Shelves empty but stock full on top stock always need to ask staff to get something from top stock or the warehouse. Staff never check and have told me they have no water at all in the shop have told me they don’t have items I’ve asked to be checked just for me to see them on top stock. Hardly ever any staff in the shop floor. There is one man who has definitely worked there too long and is the only one who knows how to do his job unfortunately has a horrible attitude. Something always broken in the shop the only somewhat polite worker is the gaurd.
