- BBBrandonAug 24, 20261.0Really disappointing for what is still a relatively new shop. The staff are consistently rude, unfriendly and often unnecessarily difficult to deal with, which makes shopping here an unpleasant experience. Stock levels are also extremely poor. There are regularly empty shelves and little to no stock of basic items. For a convenience store serving the building and surrounding area, this happens far too often and gives the impression that stock simply isn't being managed or ordered properly. Most frustratingly, the fridges have now broken down three times in the space of a year, despite this being a new store. This inevitably makes the already poor stock situation even worse. It's incredibly convenient having a Co-op directly underneath the building, so I'd genuinely like to be able to rely on it. Unfortunately, between the attitude of the staff, constant stock issues and repeated fridge failures, the store is consistently disappointing and really needs better management.

Today, my delivery wasn’t great (due to some technical difficulties), but the chap in the shop was so honest about everything that I honestly can’t complain. Well done hiring good hardworking folks Coop Group - please look after them.

Loved this place up til now because it’s the only place in walking distance to get quick hot food for lunch, but it’s such a waste of time to walk all the way there just to find there isn’t any. Probably won’t bother going back again if there’s still no hot food next week.
