  I was getting annoyed with the customer in front of me thinking she was a fussy customer until I got to the front to deal with the cashier myself. He didn't acknowledge one word I said. Just responded "yes yes" to everything I asked. Even when not appropriate or even correct. The labels were being changed as I was purchasing the deal and the offer on the label was no longer appearing at the til. I was asking so I could change the beer and buy cheaper beer but his response to everything I said or asked was just "yes yes". The offer wasn't applied and I gave up asking because I was holding up the people behind me and had a taxi waiting. Next a bottle of the beer is knocked over by the cashier and broke at my feet soaking me and making me stink of lager on my way out. I got £2 less change than what the receipt said I should of got without the offer I sought but when I challenged this I was just repeatedly told "yes yes". I left stating politely that "they were not the correct price and I had not received the correct change" even without receiving the offer. Had I of stayed in that shop much longer I would have been provoked to violence. Absolutely absurd experience. If you're in a hurry or don't have social worker levels of patience, I'd avoid and go up the road to co-op or bargain booze. Farcical.

  I had a wonderful experience at Tesco Express! 😊 The staff here are truly fantastic, always ready with a smile and helpful attitude. The selection of goods is also quite impressive, offering a great variety for my needs. 🛍️ I always find what I'm looking for and more. Highly recommend stopping by! ✨🛒

  Good stock for a small Tesco express
