- DWDarren Worthington3 days ago5.0Laura was amazing, friendly and incredibly helpful. Food was amazing. Came for daughters 19th Birthday. She adores the sesame chicken with the sauce. She had it for starter and main. I had the sesame chicken starter and the whiskey burger, epic, burger was so meaty, full of taste. We even bought 3 jars of the sauce as we are concerned the whole TGI chain might go and we will miss the legendary sauce.

She’s always consistently professional, welcoming, always smiling, works well under pressure and gives a great experience each and every time, well done Laura!

She is incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive throughout. Nothing is too much trouble for her, and she makes sure we have everything we need while making us feel really welcome. Excellent service from Laura — she is a credit to the team!
- RSRobert SigaukeAug 13, 20261.0We ordered food worth £100 for a birthday party through "Just Eats" and they delivered uncooked burgers oozing bloody juice with redness showing. The burgers showed that they had been cooked from frozen. The cheesy fries were as hard as a rock but their chicken wings were great. I returned their food but they referred me to ask for my refund from Just Eats who refused to pay me back. Just Eats responded to us telling us that there are different cooking methods therefore they were not going to refund us.

How can I cancel or amend my booking?
You can cancel/change your restaurant booking by visiting https://www.tgifridays.co.uk/book-a-table/. Add your booking reference and select Change or Cancel existing booking, whichever is applicable.
How can I amend my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
