  Happy that Uber eats orders now have the drinks chilled and in a separate bag. Makes a big difference!

  The service was extremely disappointing. I waited over 30 minutes just for a burger, despite there being four staff members at the front who appeared largely inactive. Orders were being served at a very slow pace - roughly every five minutes or more. It wasn’t just me; other customers were waiting 45 minutes or longer, and some were even asking for refunds. To make matters worse, the car park only allows a one hour stay. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to dine within that time when nearly 40 minutes is spent just waiting for food. Overall, the slow service made the entire experience frustrating and not worth the visit.

  Waited 15 min as 3 members of staff concentrated on serving the drive through rather than the restaurant. When drive through was clear we was then served.

  Small burger king outlet. No drive through but easy parking at a sevice area on A11/A47 interchange. Rather tired seating area, and no one was using it, even though it was lunchtime. People were buying takeaway. Service good and staff helpful and cheerful.
