- SCSharon C6 days ago1.0I’ve placed an order through the app. My order’s check in code is WU15. My husband picked up the order by drive thru. When he got home, I found out there’s wrong item. I ordered a large Mango & Pineapple Smoothie, but the staff gave us an ice cream instead. And the food were cold. I tried to ring the restaurant for few times, no one answered the phone calls. Worst experience ever.

We received one with pickle, onion and mustard which my child didn’t want to eat. What’s worse is that I received an apple pie that should have been discarded at 12:32… I ordered at 15:12… The person who took my order seemed to want to be anywhere but there… really poor service that was reflected in the lack of receiving the cheeseburger I asked for. Really expected better in terms of service and quality … For what’s its worth, the coffee was reliable But that’s about it …
