Ok pub, close to the hotel we were staying at so not bad for an evening drink. Breakfast was ok, the quality was not the best but there was decent amount of choice.

⭐ Absolutely awful experience at Euston Way, Telford
I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family had at this hotel. They travelled six hours to visit us, and I was genuinely embarrassed that I had recommended this place to them.
On the first evening, we popped into the hotel bar and were told that last orders had been called at 9.49pm. Not long afterwards, we were asked to leave because they were closing.
The following morning, the experience became even worse. The staff were rude and abrupt, telling us that they didn't accept walk-ins and that we hadn't booked. What made this particularly frustrating was that breakfast had already been paid for as part of the online booking. We were made to feel extremely uncomfortable throughout breakfast.
That evening, we returned at 9:52pm, only to be told that last orders had already been called and that they had stopped serving. So we left. However, we then watched other people walk into the bar afterwards and get served drinks.
This left us with the very strong impression that the rules were not being applied consistently and that staff were being selective about who they were prepared to serve.
The attitude of the staff throughout was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Hospitality should be about making guests and visitors feel welcome, not making them feel uncomfortable or as though they are an inconvenience.
I am particularly disappointed because I recommended this hotel to my family, who had travelled such a long way to visit us. I feel embarrassed that I did so.
An absolutely awful experience, and one I certainly won't be recommending to anyone again. The management really needs to look seriously at the way guests and customers are being treated.

There are no minus stars which is the only thing that would reflect the appalling service, lack of manners and general rudeness of the staff that we experienced here. Would not recommend
Food was a good price and waitresses were lovely. Really enjoyed breakfast and dinner here.

Emily and Janet gave us the warmest welcome this morning. This is the friendliest Premier Inn breakfast we have ever had. Really attentive, chatty and so lovely to my two little boys too. They were regularly bringing out fresh, hot food and I noticed how kind they were being to all the customers. Thank you! You’re both really lovely.
