  We placed an order through Deliveroo for 18 subs, which was accepted by the restaurant. Unfortunately, after waiting for an hour, the order was cancelled. We were extremely disappointed, as this was a large order and had we known the restaurant was unable to fulfil it, we could have made alternative arrangements. If the restaurant was closed or unable to accept such a large order, the order should not have been accepted in the first place. Cancelling an order after an hour left us with very little time to find an alternative, which was particularly frustrating given the size of the order.

  Awful! Avoid. Rude woman serving. Was charged £3 for extra turkey and she only put 4 on! When I queried the £3 extra there is no price for this anywhere on menu. She shouted at me and said it’s my fault I should have asked. When I said is there a manager I can speak to she just said “nope” I said are they in any day she said no, carried on walking a way shouting it was my fault. Awful staff. Subway will be getting a complaint

  I ordered vegan cheese but noticed the lady put non vegan cheese on, I mentioned it and another member of staff told her it wasn't vegan cheese, they amended their mistake I then asked for the spiced plant patty and the lady asked me if I'd said bacon, I quickly said no and said spiced plant patty again, she changed her gloves and grabbed the plant patty, maybe she needs a bit more training as she also almost messed up the order of the lady behind me, the lady had asked for turkey and she almost put another kind of meat on it, overall the other members of staff knew what they were doing and told her she had made a mistake.
