Excellent meal and lovely gesture of writing happy birthday on desert for friend celebrating their birthday. Discreet and appreciated

Food is reasonably good, the off putter here is the guys working are always eating and stuffing food in their mouths as they are cooking and serving. Not a great look lads.

Utterly shocking. Been waiting waiting for my order for over 1 hour. The store knew there was going to be a delay but didn't have the common decency to let me know. The manager couldn't even have the decency to say the word sorry to me and kept trying to justify the terrible customer service. Kept calling me 'mate' I'm not your friend I am an annoyed customer that you have treated with contempt by not contacting to let them know there order will be delayed. How do you even maintain your franchise? Your head office should be appualed by your service
