- RKRachel KelletJul 24, 20261.0One certain member of staff taken a disliking to me for unknown reason. Accused of theft 3 times in one week first checking repeatedly how many bags I paid for. Second time tried to accuse me of not scanning items and once checked gound id actually scanned them extra times and today soon as she saw me made a bee line to my till then rushed around to watch me while stood behind. Asked what the issue was amd why im singled out to be treated like a thief and was met with the worst attitude and was called paranoid. Disgusting way to treat customers who go almost daily had no apology from senior either who came to sort it as her attitude was deplorable. Ne er step foot in this shop again. If your going to force people to use self serve you cant accuse them of theft each time Never stepping foot in this shop again which is a shame as never had an issue previously in last 3 years and its the closest. Rather go furthur where the customers aren't treated in such ways
