We left after 50 minutes sat down. We were escorted to our seats and after time we left. We were asked (when prompted) what drinks we would like, 1 bottle of prosecco and 1 coke. We had to flag someone down after 20 minutes to take our order. When our order of 1 gammon and a sharing platter of steaks (cooked blue) didnt arrive after 40 minutes we asked for the billl and to leave. We were advised that because the server didn't see our menus, she chose not to take our order. Wild. Ridiculous, haven't left a restaurant in 10 years without my food untill now, dont know what's happened but sort it out .id give it less than 1 star if I could.

I would like to congratulate the staff especially the young lady who took charge of our evening, for their excellent service. We booked a table for our granddaughter's birthday with 17 people to serve and provide bills for different groups. The answer to our questions were always positive and most importantly all the meals arrived at the same time which is not easy and many establishments fail. we did have one error when on of our grandchildren, who suffers from severe allergy issues, was served with something he couldn't have and would have made him very ill. My daughter, who is always vigilant, pointed it out and the meal was recooked from scratch and he really enjoyed it.

Food in beefeater used to be so good but after staying in the Premier inn attached with a meal deal food in this restaurant is bland over cook mostly seems like who ever is cooking has only ever cook chips or fries because there the only thing I have eaten that hasn't annoyed me with how bad it is

1st time going, steak was returned 2 times for it to not be raw, in which 3rd time was overcooked. 2nd time waited 50 minutes for food, which was then left on the heater for nearly 10 minutes. Table next to us got nesr enough same food, they arrived 10 minutes after we had ordered and had theirs in 15 mins. We paid for our drinks and just left.
Expensive for what it is. Slow service. Waitress was nice enough.

Went here for breakfast with 90 year old mother who is disabled, we were sat by the door which was fine as it was closed, then the manager came and opened the door, we asked politely to have it closed as mother fell the cold and our hot food was going cold, we were then told if you don’t like it move or leave by the manager Chris
attitude was disgusting had no respect for the customers who pay good money to eat there ,not only that the coffee machine wasn’t working and the breakfast food was running out and not being replaced
