- NCNatalie CloseJun 9, 20262.0Staff are miserable, went in after attending a little family group at the central link for some lunch. Staff looked like they couldn't be bothered, no smiles, looked like they didn't want to be there (I get it, ive worked in hospitality myself and I'd feel the same) but at least try and look a little happy. Every ask or question from other customers to the staff and it was a huff and a roll of the eyes in response, just doesn't make you feel very welcome and as if you're a hinderence to them.

I recorded this and will be raising formal complaint also contact local media as this is believed to be on racial discrimination bases. The company should be ashamed to hire such as individuals. Lady forgot to add sausage roll onto meal deal order so got charged extra for it. Wedges left out in heater for too long so were dry and rock hard. Slow and unfriendly service will not be returning

What happens to your leftover food?
We’ve been donating unsold food for a long time. Originally our bakeries would team up with large charities who would help distribute it to smaller organisations.
This process remains in place, though we’ve also worked hard to increase the amount of unsold food donated by our shops and we currently support a network of 1,077 local good causes.
In 2022, we redistributed 1,800 tonnes of unsold food through our Outlet shops. A share of the profits from the outlets, totalling £450,000, was then donated back into the communities we serve.
