  Twenty to the burger king in st helens retail part. The service was extremely poor as had to wait 22 minutes for my food asked for a refund as was give a cold meal as it had been sitting on the side for 15 minute while I had been waiting at the counter. Asked to the speak to manage but no joy she said a should have asked for my food earlier. Very bad service

  Probably the worst burger king in the country. Burger had barely any toppings. Not up to burger king standards.

  The LONGEST service ever somehow the food always takes so long to come out been in the drive thru for over 24 minutes and there’s only one car in front. Didn’t even take our order at the box and currently still waiting.

  Been here two times in the last month. Will not go here again. First time we went it was around 10pm after work. There was 3 members of staff on; to which one of them was mopping the floor despite a queue of customers waiting. 40 minuites it took for our order to be made and my burger was made first and just sat there for 20 minuites of that time whilst other orders were being pushed ahead of ours (deliveroo and uber eats drivers) So it was cold. My husband went to complain, and the girl said ‘omg I just made that’, a lie and so rude. Second time, we went through the drive thru, empty, no cars waiting so thought ok this might be a better experience. It was again around 10pm after work and they close at midnight. 15 minuites we waited at the speaker for someone to answer. We wanted to order some milkshakes, the guy said ‘we’ve turned it off now’ so I asked ‘but you only close at midnight’ to which no response….. they didn’t have any whoppers or Angus burgers, no halloumi fries either, so we just turned around and went home. I’m not one to write a review. Let alone a negative one. But seriously this is just not ok.
