  just a quick note. i was recently in this store, when i got to the check out a wonderful lady called Debbie served me, she was polite chatty friendly and genuinely brightened up my day. i wish all checkout staff were like this. keep up the good work

  I had an unpleasant experience in this store because of the manager Alison, who behaved rudely and arrogantly. I wanted to buy a chocolate bar that was £3.00 with a Tesco card, but at the checkout it showed £4.75. I told one of the Tesco workers and she asked someone to check. After a while, the manager Alison arrived and said that the chocolate was £4.75. I went with her and saw the yellow promotional label with a price of £3.00 and she put the other one next to it and told me that the yellow one was not for this chocolate! The price label was under the chocolate and the one she was holding was either under it or next to it. She arrogantly asked me if I would buy it or not? I said No and she said some insult to me which unfortunately I didn't hear well. It's not the first time that one price is announced and another is asked for! That's why I'm going to take pictures of everything in advance. And to Alison I want to wish "All the best!"

  By far and away the best supermarket in the area. Added bonus is the Costa Coffee upstairs. Very clean and always well stocked.
