  Love this store. Easy to find the products, often good deals on food items. Lovely helpfull staff throughout the store

  Since this large Tesco has been changed things are so much better. I love the signs jutting out from the Isles so you can see at a glance which aisle you need. Saves so much confusion. Brilliant idea. Nice wide aisles.

  I swear I've no idea what's going on in this once great Tesco store? It's gone from being the best of the best to the absolute worst..... In every single way possible. Lack of staff, bagged lettuce always being rotten, and the iceberg lettuce alive with with tiny crawling insects! Which is utterly disgusting, Fruit going off in 24 hrs, Large bottles of pop on top shelves, which are unreachable, hunting for items that no one, including staff know where they're kept. Items in the most rediculous places. The aisles are also now way too narrow, making it difficult to pass people. Infact i never go into the clothing section anymore, The trolleys also need updating the wheels are buckled on lots of them. And although i understand it's not the stores fault, a lot of the trolleys are full of other people rubbish. as are the trolley bays. I could go on on, whoever the Manager is, they need to do better!

  I went in today looking for a specific item I couldn’t find on shop floor. I wandered around the store for a good ten minutes before I found someone who could help me. I asked and got told that they didn’t work in that section and basically pushed me away even when I asked who do I talk to. All of the staff members I spoke to, there was five in total, did the exact same thing. The customer service here was absolutely atrocious. I am appalled. The only helpful person I came across was the lovely lady at the customer service desk who actually listened to me. Not the best and I will not be returning to this store anytime soon.
