    Where do i begin? Well shall we start with the positive... the staff were lovely. Their attitudes were pleasant and positive... thats about where it ended... The staff were sadly very slow, waiting times were drastically reduced. It took 10 minutes for me to be served and then the person waiting behind me was still waiting even after i was served! I ordered a slice and i was surprised to say the least, never have i recieved a sloppy pizza slice from any subway before. On one 1 sub there was more veg than meat, the meat was even missing in a few places considering how they are supposed to be made, made even worse by the staff member running back and forth between the sub and the ingrediants list. The other sub having only 2 salad items was then packed full of lettuce. Why? A BMT doesnt need more salad than meat, im not sure why the ratio of salad needs to be higher than the ratio of meat. The sub was further ruined by the sour mayonnaise. Im not sure if it was off or if it was a cheap rubbish batch but vile to say the least. The only good things was the bottled drinks and the cookies... and the bread... im up in St Helens visiting fam, firat and last time we will be coming to this location. It leaves a lot to be desired from poor time management and training to low standards of product crafting (salad ratio) and products (mayo) Hopefully this will help with future improvements and i encourage you to observe the CCTV if you need viewable examples

    Disappointing experience. Arrived at 8 p.m. today for a family dinner only to find the dining area closed, with chairs already on top of tables and staff stating it was "takeaway only." This is a recurring issue; twice now we’ve entered only to be told it is "cash only" at the last minute. It’s frustrating to see a reputable brand managed this way, causing several customers to leave that day in confusion. Based on previous experience these service issues seem to be a pattern. Not recommended if you actually want to sit down or pay by card.

    Can’t even get a simple order right. Do everything you ask them not to do and give you things that you’ve specifically said you don’t want on your food. Also send out cold/uncooked food
