  I experienced very poor customer service. I was kept waiting for an unreasonable amount of time while staff appeared to ignore my presence. The service I eventually received was rude and unprofessional. What made the experience even more disappointing was that the same staff members who had treated me badly on my previous visit were working again today. One of them was a female staff member. Because of the repeated nature of the treatment, I was left feeling that I may have been treated differently because of my background, which gave me the impression of possible racial bias. I can see that many customers have left similar negative reviews, yet it appears that nothing has changed in the way your business operates. It's disappointing to see the same issues continuing. I hope this feedback is finally taken seriously and leads to meaningful improvements. I would not recommend this place based on my experience

  that lad with the glasses is quite dishy isnt he? the shorter fella seemed really angry for like no reason tho needs to calm down tbh

  The whole family fell ill after ordering from this place. Send a complaint to head office. Fulfilled all information they asked of us (which took ages) and got reply that alleged food poisoning could not happen as the store follows strict food safety rules. So many bad reviews on here, I wonder how is that possible if everything is so perfect.
