I recently visited Wingstop and received outstanding customer service from a lovely girl working at the front of house (I believe she was Chinese). She was extremely friendly and helpful, guiding me through the menu and recommending the best options. Her service was genuinely beyond excellent! Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but I wanted to thank her through this review. She truly deserves recognition for her amazing customer service!

This was my first time at Wings Stop Meadowhall, and I had a really great experience! 😊 One of the staff members, Khin, was especially helpful. She patiently explained all the different flavours to me and helped me choose what to try, which made things so much easier as it was my first time. Really appreciate her friendly and helpful service. She made me feel very welcome, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

I forgot to write this yesterday, so thought I would now but, I just wanted to mention how lovely the service was when I came in yesterday around 9:15 after going to the cinema with my nephew, who has autism. Honestly, the service was fantastic. The boy on the tills was brilliant and so helpful when we were looking through the menu, and the young lad in green who served us was absolutely amazing. I think his name was Leighton. My nephew originally chose the flavour original but found it a little too spicy and had a bit of a meltdown. Leighton was so understanding and helpful and offered to change it for him to lemon pepper, completely on the house. It was such a kind and thoughtful thing to do, and it really made a difference to us. Please pass on my thanks to both of them, especially Leighton. It was lovely to receive such understanding and compassionate service, and it really didn’t go unnoticed. ❤️

Absolutely delicious chicken, great sauce. I got the atomic wings and they were very spicy but I liked the challenge. Fantastic friendly helpful service with a smile. Chips were lovely too with the wingstop style. Can’t recommend enough!
