A very on par Wagamama's. Food was good. Awareness of dietary requirements as expected for all Wagamama's restaurants. Service was a slower than usual but this was perhaps due to our larger table size of 12.

We visited Wagamama at Sheffield Centertainment today 03/10/2026, and were served by Hayley, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was amazing with our daughter, taking the time to make her feel comfortable and included, which made the whole experience feel that bit more special.Hayley offered great personal service, was incredibly kind, and showed a level of care that really stood out. She is a genuine credit to the business — the kind of team member who turns a simple meal out into a memorable experience. We really appreciate the exceptional customer service we received today and wanted to take the opportunity to praise it. People are often quick to complain, but Hayley deserves recognition for going above and beyond.

We had a lovely meal at Wagamama on Sunday. The food was delicious, but a special mention to Alice, who looked after us so well! She was incredibly friendly and helpful, and happily moved us to another table when the air conditioning was too strong. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you, Alice, for making our visit even nicer. 😊 We’ll definitely be back!
