  Wow has this restaurant changed since earlier this year! Our last visit in May wasn't great so we were very dubious to try again. All I can say is well done to the team for the change. 100% better. Service outstanding by Chantelle to start with. Food presentation, taste and quality wonderful. Well done to kitchen manager Gary. The hard work has truly paid off. No photos of the dishes but we tried the sharing starter between 3 of us. Great way to try different dishes. Sesame chicken strips and fajitas for mains. Although no room after those dishes we tried the chocolate brownie sharer. No complaints with any of this food. We will definitely visit again and can highly recommend. Thank you

  Free refills on full fat Coke would have been 5 🌟 🤣🤣 All in all, a good dining experience. I ordered the ciabatta bread for appetizer, pulled pork sandwich and fries for main. Was all delicious. Always too full for desert 😢 The price was adequate and the service was exceptional!

  Pros Food was nice Chantelle was the waitress who served us, she was amazing, very professional, friendly, bubbly and looked after us. Super lass. Cons Not many customers so quiet, however the music was quite loud( maybe due to speakers being behind us??) and the light above table was flickering which was a little annoying.

  Went on Saturday just after opening with the family for a bite and as usual, nothing disappointed! My eldest son is a picky eater l, but loves what he loves andalways clears his plate here. Katie out server was there to answer any menu questions we had with ease and service was on point. I managed to have a converywith the manager Gabbie and was pleased to hear they are doing some behind the scenes work to get the store and franchise back to its former glory! Over all, I cannot rave about this diner enough. It's our go to in the Oasis for good food, a friendly team and a great atmosphere. Keep it up team!

  STAY CLEAR !!! Took my son for his Birthday. Contacted them on the day we was coming and the bloke yawned down the phone 3 times and told me he was shatted ( that didn’t really bother me but should have listened to the red flags ) When we arrived: Waited. 30 mins to be seated - restaurant wasn’t busy. Toilet - had loo roll all over floor, stunk of urine and used vape on side Restaurant- flys flying all over our food, food was absolutely disgusting cold, like it had been heated up. Asked for a Mocktail because I was driving and they put tequila in it. Got a cake so we could sing happy Birthday together and the staff ruined it by singing something completely different and clapping like sea lions on speed. Paying - there was 4 family’s so we split the bills, we had to do it ourselves. Not value for money, told the manager and she ignored took 20 mins to pay the bill 2 out of the families had stomach aches and s@£&s next morning. I’ve already complained via the website on but unfortunately nobody has got back to me. Will not be using your restaurant and will not be giving you a second chance. This place is nasty, needs a good clean.
