  The food was really nice even though took a long time to come. The service was lovely from Katie and Leonie they made the experience a nice one

  Stood 20 mins waiting on table ans wasn't busy. Mozz dippers sauce was dried out and chunky. Mash was vile and the veg well dont get me started. £76.92 wasted

  Tried to visit today for my birthday meal, arrived at 11:30 when it opened, not a single person in the place. a member of staff walked through the doors at 11:32, came back at 11:38 to advise they were opening at 12 today but nothing on the outside to say they were opening late. don’t think we will come back again early hours. edit to say, i don’t believe this is the member of staffs fault who came to tell us as they at least went in to check for us and was very apologetic but they should be putting something outside if they are opening later.

  Went to meadow Hall tgi on Thursday 18th June around 330 only a few in there. Waited at least 20 mins before someone even came to us to take our drink order.. came back for our food order then went for another 20 min then returned to tell us they had not got what I wanted. I changed my order to which took a least a hr to come and it was poor very poor . £51 pound later for a salad a burger and 2 drinks of diet coke .. won't be returning

  So so disappointed went for tea for my partners birthday 7/6/26 arriving around 6pm. Firstly I asked for ribs to be told ten minutes later there out of stock then ordered fajitas with chips as no spicy rice all would have been fine if not what followed. Ordered drinks appetiser and main meals was asked if I wanted appetiser before main meals I said yes. Main meals came out no sign off appetisers server said they’ll be out in a minute we finished our full main meals before we was told they was ready so told them I didn’t want them anymore. (Also asked for fresh drinks when meals came out was ignored) Partners burger was burnt. Had no check back to tell them about this for a replacement so all they did was take the burger off the bill. Then to top it off pay for my bill when she brings receipt then my partners looking through the bill and says why have we been charged £23 for ribs if they didn’t have any? Yup got charged for my fajitas and the ribs that didn’t have as they forgot to take them off bill when I asked for a replacement. Then had to sit waiting 5/10 minutes I’m assuming for a manager to sort my refund out for the ribs I didn’t even have… Meanwhile I’m walking round the restaurant trying to sort all this out as no sign of a server 🤦🏽‍♀️ for the pricing here the food and service is shocking never wrote a review in my life before but they actually ruined my partners birthday as it’s not very often we go out.
