Disgusting toilets that they refuse to fix for 10 years. Also hot tap gives you first degree burns. Disgusting considering how much money is spent here.

I have shopped and been loyal to Tesco for many years and often dolarge shops at Tesco. Tesco Abbeydale Road - they have recently installed new chillers in the meat section. These chillers have pull out or cupboard type doors on them. I assume these have been installed to try to retain the cold in the chiller. The issue I have is that there are bright white LED type lights in the chillers. The lights are too bright and reflect a lot. The lights made me feel dizzy, which is not great when walking around a supermarket. The store is doing a lot of renovation and moving products around. I mentioned this to a staff member and they were not bothered. Tesco Abbeydale Road won't be a place a visit for some time.

I visited the cafe today and would like to mention how pleasant and hard working the staff were . I left mum briefly to do some shopping after we had eaten and she said how kind the man who worked there was assisting a customer to stand up and how he had asked her if she was ok . Mum has mobility issues so understands how helpful and kind the gesture was. The food and drinks were lovely too which was an added bonus. People are often quick to complain in cafes and restaurants but very rarely acknowledge good service. We just wanted to say thankyou.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Julie at the customer service desk. Her manner towards me was extremely rude and dismissive, and I felt that I was treated differently from other customers. What was particularly upsetting was the contrast in the way Julie spoke to other customers who were white compared with the way she spoke to me. The difference in her attitude and treatment left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned that I may have been treated unfairly because of my background. Customers should be treated with the same level of respect, courtesy and professionalism regardless of their race, religion or background.
