- HDHarrison DaveyMay 14, 20261.0Perhaps the worst service I've EVER received in one of your stores - young man on self checkout - incredibly rude - berated ME for your machine not working - HOW IS IT MY FAULT AN ITEM WON'T SCAN - made me feel belittled and frankly miserable as I left your store - please train your staff to have BASIC MANNERS - a lovely shopping experience RUINED - won't be returning - let's not forget, honesty and integrity are SO in this season - as are clothes from f&f - which by the way, I won't be buying from here again due to the miserable service I received. Very very harsh.

On Sunday morning the man helping with the self service checkouts was extra helpful and today the blue haired lady stocking shelves went above and beyond to get us some mint and was so friendly and warm - it’s things like this which go such a long way. Thanks! xx
