- EEE.May 25, 20265.0Why do you say here in Goggle Maps, (as it todays date 25 May 2026), that your place is not wheelchair accessible? It is wheelchair accessible! At least it is from the parking lot, the part that is covered. It took me a while to seeing the entrance to the customer lift cause you don’t put signs indicating where to go for it. If if you have signs then they might be not good or clear enough because I didn’t notice any of it. So the lift entrance I am talking about is the customer lift by the information desk and the toilet, where lots of shopping trolleys are too, where is the outdoors/garden area. Going into the parking, depending where a person parks, in the blue badge area that is covered, is a bit tricky to find. Currently there is a light that has a problem it seems like is being hit it or is collapsing so part of the blue badge parking slots there are closed. Tesco, could you please be more clear, putting big colourful, noticeable signs about it? How to get to the lift from there and back. I don’t know other wheelchair users if they can or are confident using the travelator entrance option, I feel safer using the lift, so may other people could benefit too knowing how to find the lift entrance from this part of the parking and if you don’t have it already, perhaps fix ramps, (so nobody could steal them), to give access to wheelchair users from all of your entrances. Thank you. I like your shop very much, your staff is friendly, efficient and helping, even at the end of the day when they seem to be either putting products backs to the right aisles or buying those for themselves to take home.
