  There was no staff member at the till for almost 5 minutes. I had to ask one of the employees to call someone for assistance. Unfortunately, this has happened before as well. The customer service was completely unprofessional and disappointing.

  Absolutely shocking store. Who ever the blond girl is in there has now called security on me twice for shoplifting when I have a tesco bag for life and my club card in hand. How am I supposed to get my point if in on the rob. The only reason this gets 3 stars is the lad behind the counter with long dark hair is a lovely guy.

  I was denied entry at 10.53pm however the timing shows that 11pm is closing.

  Pretty typical Tesco Express. Limited range and not the cheapest, but useful for quick bits between proper shops. Costa Coffee machine didn’t put syrup in my coffee but charged me for it anyway. Sometimes the Clubcard scanners don’t work and it creates a bit of a queue at the tills.

  Dont bother taking your lotto tickets or scratchcards here they dont have a clue! Three seperate occasions I have been in now and they are scanning the sales barcode rather that the longer card code then telling me its not working! Serious training in order if you are going to be a national lottery retailer, otherwise they will just take it off you!
