  The management here should really get their staff in line! The woman at the front desk wearing a black head scarf was incredibly rude and disrespectful, she was acting as if doing what she’s paid to do was a personal offence. I asked her for my order and she reluctantly started preparing it, huffing and sighing the whole time- throwing the ingredients onto the bread like they were poisonous. God forbid I ask for replacement items, she’d look at me like I had personally offended her, and then continue to throw them onto the sandwich. Absolutley no communication from her end whatsoever , when I asked to check out she huffed and put it into the card reader. I didn’t even get a thank you. I don’t understand how a server can be so negative while working, especially with the industry standards that subway are meant to uphold! If you visit this place, pray that you don’t get this woman as your server.

  Came in to eat the other day and had a largely negative experience due to the high temperature inside the store. The air conditioning clearly wasn't working and judging by other reviews it seems it hasn't been working for a while. This is just unacceptable in the current heatwave and it made it extremely uncomfortable to sit inside. This is an issue that needs to be addressed by the manager as soon as possible. However I was very pleased with the excellent service. I was served by a lovely member of staff who said her name was Sam. She was very polite and the service was quick and efficient which made the experience much more pleasant despite the conditions.

  Very disappointing experience. The air conditioning wasn't working, and with the extremely hot weather, it was unbearably hot inside the restaurant. It made me waiting to place my order and then eating there very uncomfortable. I also felt really sorry for the staff, who had to work in those conditions all day. Customer and employee comfort should be a priority, especially during a heatwave. I hope the management gets the air conditioning fixed as soon as possible.

  Pleasantly surprised by the plant based options! I’m plant-based and the restaurant I work at doesn’t cater for vegans,. I often have to bring my own food. Today, I didn’t have the energy to Organise my own food so I decided to give Subway a try. I’m really glad I did.! The person at the counter was really helpful and suggested the pulled plant based item — I hadn’t even noticed it on the menu. I had it in a wrap with salad for a burrito-style meal and it was absolutely delicious. Really appreciated the friendly recommendation and the fact that there’s a genuinely tasty vegan option available. Will definitely be back!

  Second time ordering via just eat. Second time the order is wrong. Cheesy bites replaced by cold waffle fries and no cheese in my sandwich again. I paid extra for the double cheese on both occasions.
