  Took half my order then I had to tell them 10 minutes later about my other half yet to be ordered as the pizzas were already done then I got half cooked potato tots. By the time I was home it was all cold.

  I’ve been forgetting to update my previous review, please accept my apologies. Their pizzas are amazing, they have vegan options, gluten free options and even Vegan and Gluten free at the same time which is rare on takeaways to find and be as delicious as fulfilling as this is. It is labelled as plant based right? Be aware that of course there can be some cross contamination as they also cook other things but then again is usually expected in general right? Years as a client of them, in this specific branch, have gave me the chance to notice: Papa Johns Pizza App is the best option to order, wether for collection or delivery, the App seems to bypass their Papa Johns Pizza back and forth payment failure where clients can get charge for an order that their system doesn’t compute (then you can contact this local branch via phone call or/and with you own bank directly, it would take a few days for the money to be returned to your bank account. I don’t recommend to automatically assume it would be returned without letting them know just in case). I haven’t tried to contact Papa Johns Pizza directly instead of this local branch the several times that payment issue happened to me because I’ve assume it would be potentially costly if is a phone call, or/and taken way too much time navigating the bureaucracy of waiting them to pass the message to themselves to solving it (which is usually the standard issue with services in general isn’t it?). I am not good remembering names, my apologies. One of the staff members who is usually on the front receiving people and giving orders as well as making pizzas too, he is one of their most understanding, kind people one can find in the food industry. And he also usually picks up the phone when you call to them. Thank you very much I hope you enjoy your job cause you really are good at it even with annoying clients frustration over website payment failures. 🙈😃 They also have friendly delivery drivers (if for some reason it is not delivered by third parties such as Uber which sorry not sorry usually seem to be too stressed out / busy / in a hurry to be more friendly most of the time). I take out one star out five stars because of the website payment issue and also one day I’ve seen in person there where some flies around which is a bit unpleasant to see on a food chain place but it would probably be just the hot weather? It was in summer 2026.

  I came here and KP served me and he was phenomenal. Made me feel comfortable and made my order very fast and ready. Very good Papa Johns

  Ordered a vegan cheeze and tomato pizza to pick up on the Uber Eats app, it came through as a dairy cheese and tomato, but staff were very understanding and made a the vegan one for me. Great vegan pizza!
