  Absolutely Delicious 🍔 As a head chef, I have to say: I highly recommend Five Guys! The freshness really makes a difference. What many people don’t know is that Five Guys doesn’t have any freezers in their store for their burger patties, the beef is fresh, which you can genuinely taste in every bite and the potatoes are cut fresh every morning✨ The burger with wrapped lettuce was absolutely delicious, one of the best protein-style burgers I’ve had. And the Cajun fries… they give you so many in one portion, you can barely finish them! 🍟🔥

  Avoid! Awful customer service. Ordered a burger and fries today, collected my order and the burger had fallen apart in the bag. Took it back and asked them for a new one. Instead they gave me a knife and fork to eat a deconstructed burger. Told them again I wanted it re-making and staff gave me a funny look also not one of them apologised. If I'm paying £20.55 for a burger and fries why would I want to eat it deconstructed with a knife and fork? Think the staff need to use some common sense and need to be given some sort of customer service training. When they re-made the burger it was wrong anyway. I asked for barbecue sauce which was on the receipt, they didn't put any on. Will not be visiting this branch again and I would not recommend to anyone mainly due to customer service.
