  Regular visitors, unfortunately after today’s visit, we won’t be returning. Burger was fresh and tasty , but the chips were cold and awful. This wasn’t surprising as they were left sat in top of the heater for at least 10 minutes before the burger was cooked. I did mention this to a member of staff, but his reply was yes they’re be hot . Left and won’t be returning

  Staff very knowledgeable about food allergens, and what items are safe and unsafe for gluten allergies and intolerances. I’m gluten free. Had the option of a lettuce wrap or burger bowl for my burger. Opted for lettuce wrap this time. Fries are cooked in dedicated fryer. If you’re GF: milkshakes, grilled onions, and grilled mushrooms are unsafe due to cross contact on the grill / milkshake machine. Allergy warning is given to grill staff. Ticket is marked as Food Allergen and food is marked and handled accordingly.
