  They dont even acknowledge customers that walk in for 10 mins. The customer service is potentialy one of the worst i have seen at a dominos.

  Not a great experience, have been going to Dominoes for years but have had to review this occasion as not settled to my satisfaction. We ordered a Cheese & Tomato pizza and it had NO cheese on or limited cheese, I could not get through to Crookes after 11 attempts so went through Customer Services who kindly offered me a so called FREE pizza but I had to call up not online. I called up and me and my partner wanted half n half but this was not available so I just ordered her pizza and I ordered mine separately but had to pay full price for mine so NO buy one get one free so basically it was not FREE. I again went through Customer Services but they said you have had your free pizza the complaint is now closed. The Crookes branch called for feedback so I told them and they said sorry to hear that I will put you onto my Manager, waited 10 minutes and then he cut me off, not even bothered to ring me back so again I went through Customer Services who said nothing they can do, really hope this does not happen to anyone else, very poor and wanted to make people aware.
