  I had a poor experience here which resulted in contacting the central Domino's team as there was a foreign body in the food (from some packaging). I was told I would get a refund and a free order as a result, this was something they offered to close my complaint so I wouldn't take this further which I agreed to, not that I particularly want more food from an establishment that serves it with paper baked in the product. I have now tried to sort this with the central Domino's team and the local Crookes shop. They are refusing to provide the free order they promised and are gaslighting me about it. Go to a different Domino's shop if you really want Domino's, otherwise there are plenty of other pizza places in the area.

  They left some packaging mixed in to the food. It was inedible. We complained and they gaslit us then stopped responding.
