My food was delayed for over 1 hour and it ended up that I have to cancel the order. I called the restaurant and whoever picked up the call was very rude to me. They hang up the call, refused to share any updates about my order. It is very disappointing. I have been ordered pizza from this shop for 3 years and it is really sad to experience this. I won’t recommend this shop. The staff were too rude.

Samadu ran them tills like the navy, so attentive and kind to all customers no matter how rude they were. Give that man a raise!! And keep him on tills, maybe train him how to find the drinks though 😉😉 He ended our night out in the best way 🥰

The rudest type of workers I have ever seen. Made my friend wait 40 minutes for his food snd kept on serving other people who walked in and out. Extremely rude once again lowkey racist will NOT be returning.

I just ordered a pizza, we waited 1h and nothing happened, we called a lot of times and he was just saying that the pizza will be in 10’ here, after that we called back again and they said the driver came back with the pizzas and we will get a refund but he didn’t explain how and when I called back again he hung up straight away. That’s not a great customer service, really disappointed and they should be looking how they hire.
