  Vegetables are not fresh at all. Selling potatoes that have turned green already in packages. A woman ran after me when I left the store and insisted I didn't pay. She kept asking me to show evidence of transaction, but the coop app just doesn't have this function and I didn't have a way to access my credit card transaction history right at the moment. It wasn't until another member of staff asked me which machine I used and printed out the receipt for me that she let me go. She just assumed I didn't pay and didn't believe I used a different machine.

  Great store, but the staff have a terrible attitude! A white male employee pushed his cart straight into me while I was picking out items and didn't notice! He didn't even apologize and just kept pushing his cart into the warehouse! Unbelievable attitude!

  One of the worst shops I’ve ever been to and unfortunately it’s the one closest to me, The shop closes 20 minutes before it’s supposed to, the staff are clueless and keep you waiting 5+ minutes at the self-scan just to be approved. Shelves are always empty. This shop needs a complete restructure and the store manager needs to speak to some of the staff. I’d go elsewhere!!

  Absolutely horrific customer service and store. Tried to pick up a parcel but the girl at the counter said she couldn’t scan it because of technical issues so they’ve sent it back for a return. I asked if I could have it transferred somewhere else to pick up but she was practically useless and said she didn’t know how online delivery works and barely tried to help me!! Not to mention the ridiculous smile she had on her face, acting like customer’s inconveniences doesn’t matter. I strongly advise people against this store! Terrible quality and overpriced products too. Definitely a store that loses money 👎 Would give it a negative rating if I could.

  The store itself was absolutely fine, but the cashier I dealt with was serving full emo goth smiling costs extra energy. No hello, no eye contact, no expression, just silent scanning while staring into the void like my groceries had personally offended him. I get that everyone has off days, but a customer facing role usually involves acknowledging the customer exists. Not asking for a Disney performance, just a basic hi or anything that suggests you’re not deeply annoyed by human interaction.
