  Staff were grumpy and more concerned with their phone and drawing on paper with music blasting from the kitchen made order even worst as my partners burger was full of hard stones making her feel ill and most definitely not worth the money

  I decided to get a meal from here as I missed my connection and once I had sat down to eat, I saw a member of staff stood by the kitchen in plain view of everyone putting her finger up her nose, then eating it repeatedly. She went back to the deep fat fryer and took some onion rings out of the oil, then went and did something else before heading home. I went to the till and asked for a manager and explained what happened and that I wanted a refund, she said “that’s impossible” to which I laughed and stated she could see it on the CCTV as the lady had no problem doing it in front of everyone even after I made eye context with her a few times and looked visibly disgusted. All the staff were Indian, and they seemed to think this was some sort of joke or funny as they were grinning and smiling as I explained my issue and even when I asked who the owners were. Long story short, if you want some extra protein in your food picked fresh from the nose vine then by all means, grab a Bacon Double Cheese XL 👌

  Lovely warm quality food, service was mega quick and friendly, restaurant was nice and clean. Got a deal on burgers, 3 for the price of one! Set me up for my train journey! (Partly eaten before I took the photo 🤣)
