  Just called in for a quick meal to take out at lunch time, food was prepared quickly and staff were friendly enough. I had the Whopper Meal which was nice as always. Much better than McD's. Only negative is that I noticed the restaurant seating area needed a bit of cleaning and the windows looked like they had the handprints of 100 kids on them.

  I’ve now visited this Burger King at Valley Centertainment twice, and both times the experience was terrible. I definitely won’t be coming back. The restaurant was dirty, and the service was extremely slow. My order was handed to me with a burger missing, and I had to wait a long time before they finally brought it out. My wife’s burger also had barely any cheddar, even though we paid for it. The worst part was seeing one employee at the front trying to do the work of three people. She was doing her best, but it was obvious the restaurant was seriously understaffed. Management needs to hire more staff instead of expecting one person to handle everything. Very disappointing experience overall.

  Absolutely disgusted by the rudeness not of regular staff but the assistant manager. Come in went to the till to be told use the kiosk she's busy. She didn't move from the same spot Infront of the till and proceeded to serve others. The kiosk didn't work for me which I said I have issues with them before even going across. When I went back due to the issues I got well what you ordering then like it was such a hassle I questioned why she could serve others but not my family and she went I was busy so you have to use the kiosk. I'm registered disabled and do not like to use this as an excuse I also do not like to make people I do not know aware in shops and restaurants I want to be treat the same as everyone else. However when I said to her I have issues reading etc she went well how am I meant to no in a stand offish manner. As I walked out of the restaurant which was filthy. She proceeded to slate me and my family off to other members of staff Infront of customers. Absolutely disgusted with burger king.

  I went to burgerking as a treat. And never have I ever been made to feel so be littled went to the till as I struggle reading got told to go to a kiosk to even though we stated we had blue light the assistant manager emily stated to put order through and oay at the till we did this and no receipt was given and it stated order was cancelled. Prior to this emily served a family member at the same till I got refused on and gave staff discount while on shift. I questioned her its not given us a receipt and it stated order was cancelled so dhe was outting order through again I told her I couldnt read properly and theres tills there for a reason as there was no signs stating to use only kiosk. Also questioned to why the other people got served at the till and not sent to kiosk. And got spoken to rudely and unprofessional manner. To then feel rushed to make a discision on if I was ordering or not because they was a que. At the till and spare kiosks. So I left. As I left I heard emily through the drive through window slagging off what just happend

  Normally I do not eat from any of the fast food burger chains, as I find the food to be of terrible quality and barley warm ! However on the occasion the 3 mini burger I had were excellent, served actually piping hot and all 3 were very tasty. The staff were also for a pleasant change very nice too !
