  Martin and Beth were incredible when I was there. Quick service paired with friendly conversation. Amazing customer experience and the food was fresh too. 100% will eat here again!

  I am very disappointed with this Burger King in Sheffield city centre. The staff and managers are often very rude and unprofessional. Many drivers who come to collect food through Uber Eats have had bad experiences with the staff. Today, one of the managers was very disrespectful and refused to give the order, saying that the bag was not good enough. However, it is not her responsibility to judge or tell delivery drivers what kind of bag they should use, especially when the order can be delivered properly. The attitude of some staff members is unacceptable. They treat delivery drivers badly and also have a poor attitude towards customers. The problem seems to be with both day and night staff, including managers. Many people are unhappy with the service at this Burger King. The behaviour of some employees needs to improve because customers and delivery drivers deserve to be treated with respect.I am an Uber Eats driver, and I had a very bad experience at this Burger King. My order was already ready, but one staff member (I am not sure if they were male or female) refused to give it to me. They told me that they had around 10 more orders to prepare and that they would not give me my order until they finished the others. This is not acceptable. If my order is already ready, it should be handed to me because the food can get cold and the customer is waiting for their delivery. This happens too often at this location. Delivery drivers are often treated badly, we are left waiting, and staff argue with us instead of helping. This kind of service is very disappointing. After this experience, I do not want to come back to this Burger King again.

  The burger was hot and fresh aswell as the fries, perfectly salted would definitely recommend. The young lady Jessica on front counter was also very welcoming and get my order out fast as I was in a rush. 😊

  Great food that has fallen under less than consistent service lately. Staff have more frequently forgotten to give me the sauce that I ordered and they sometimes serve the wrong portions for my sides. They do the best mainstream fast food in the city centre, but need to be held on a tighter leash if they wish to keep that accolade.
