  Staff are friendly. I bought a steakhouse crispy chicken, it was fresh and tasted absolutely gorgeous. Had a great convo with the manager too whilst waiting for food. My partner had a whopper, it was juicy and the salad was fresh.

  Can’t recommend! It should have been a red flag when we came in and it smelt like sewage but for some reason we let it slide. The toilets were horrific, there was blood everywhere and used sanitary items on the floor. They had blue lights which were a sensory nightmare and all the toilets were blocked or without a lock. When I asked for the key to the family/ disabled toilet so I could take my 2yo child somewhere more hygienic I was told that one of the staff members took the key home so it was locked. Half the food was cold and the milkshake was just foam. Regret coming here.

  Self service is often unresponsive, awkward to use or just flat out not working. The staff are friendly enough, but seem unsure of what they are doing and not properly trained. Food is fine, if you can actually get your order in the first place.

  I haven't tasted food as awful as this in a long long time. I ordered my little girl chips, halloumi fries, onion rings & a fruit juice. It took over half an hour to prepare. The chips were cold, the onion rings were cold, burnt & chewy & the halloumi fries were burnt & all stuck together!! The dip I had ordered was not in the bag either. The staff were quite rude however I did notice one young girl was learning & did her best to serve & keep things moving. This "small snack" cost more than £15 which I feel is disgusting especially with how vile it tasted & looked. I can honestly say we will never order a Burger King ever again!!!!

  Worst Burger King I have been in by far. Ordered food and waited 20 mins for it. Asked a member of staff. Just shook head and not intrested. And to top it off. When food finally came it was cold anf unedible. Chucked in bin and went to KFC.
